How to include daily healthy habits to give you more energy to be successful and ultimately help you feel healthier, happier and stronger without having to succumb to society pressure or negative diet cultures

Kerry Ann is a Health First Approach Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach. A non-diet cultured approach advocate to Health and Wellness. She spent years chasing the “perfect body” and the “next new way” to get that, making her feel unworthy and stuck and well frankly just not damn good enough! She even allowed herself to hold back becoming a personal trainer and coach for years because she genuinely did not feel that anyone would want to be influenced by me a plus sized approaching middle-aged woman! Once she let go of all the diet cultured messaging, we get embedded within us from an incredibly early age, she was able to adapt her thinking, training, and coaching to help other women realise that they are worthy RIGHT NOW! Working with Kerry Ann is an experience towards what “Health” means to you, it can be vastly different for everyone but following her basic principles you can work out where that is for you as an individual. Her mission is to help women understand that we have been lied to, that diet culture has ruined many lives and is not the way to achieve actual “health”. She helps women to recognise the impact of their exercise & eating patterns to break free from diet cultured principles and embrace their bold beautiful selves.
